Amended Minutes from December 3, 2015 Meeting

City Hall – Tahoka, Texas

5:20 pm Quorum Present: Dee Dee Pridmore, Jerry Ford,Jr., Carmen Chapa, Julia Allen, Shannon Lawson and Donnis Scott

Meeting was called to order Jerry Ford, Jr. led the invocation. The minutes were unanimously approved as presented.

Financial report showed a balance of $182,476.56

Project # 1

Donnis presented David Earnest’s bid for work at the north triangle. His bid was for $4,250 for irrigation work and rocks.
There was very little detail in his bid so Donnis was going to ask for more detail and possibly a drawing of what he is going to do.

Project #2

Nothing new

Project #3

Nothing new but we spoke about replacing the door to the snack area as it was broken into a couple of times over the
summer. Jerry will get with Michelle Rodriguez about her wish list for the swimming pool and pricing out those things.

Project #4

DeeDee noted that the murals are up and look great. We decided we would meet 12-13-15 to decorate for Christmas at
2:00pm so the park would look good for the Polar Express Ride.

Project # 7

Nothing New

Possible new projects: The water tower on 380 needs repainting. We all agreed it needs to be done and wanted more information on
pricing etc.

Barbara Jaquess stated that the Museum needed a new sign and asked if we would consider purchasing that. Jerry Ford stated he
would check with TxDOT and the city to see if there were any restrictions then get back to us with more info next meeting.

Two names were discussed as possible new members. Ronnie Jolly (whom Jerry had spoken to and he stated he would be interested)
and Jack Jaquess. These names would be taken to City Council for appointment of new member.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 pm.

Next meeting is set for January 7, 2016 at 5:15, at City Hall Meeting Room
