Minutes from April 11, 2019 Meeting

Tahoka Economic Development Board held its regular Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at City Hall. The following board members were present: Bill Schoemann, Joe Craig, Star Bray, and Monica Stephens.

The meeting was called to order by Bill and Joe Craig led the invocation.

The financial report was given reporting a bank balance of $349,556.23, interest earned in the amount of $276.79, and a monthly tax rebate of $6,600.00.

The Board discussed the possibility of a paid position Community & Economic Development Manager.

Open discussion of Mudding Events scheduled for the rest of the year. The board also discussed a new cover for the Park.

A motion was made by Joe and seconded by Star to adjorn. Being no further business the meeting adjourned.
