October 13, 2020

Tahoka Economic Development Board. held its regular Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at City Hall. The following board members were present: Bill Schoemann, Starr Bray, Joe Craig and Monica Stephens.

The meeting was called to order by Bill Schoemann and Joe led the invocation.

The financial report given by Bill Schoemann.

The board discussed a Business Grant requested by Shiloh Braddock for an existing structure in town. No action was taken and the board plans to hear from the owner more about this business.

David Partlow gave an update on the possibility of a Sonic in Tahoka, after representatives from the organization had been in town. He also requested that his contract be amended to include Vacation and Sick Leave. The board discussed and decided to table the issue until all board members were present.

A motion was made by Starr and seconded by Monica to adjourn.

Being no further business the meeting adjourned.
